The average high school student today has the same anxiety levels as the average 1950's psychiatric patient. The website aims to help students and other stressed individuals to relieve their tension and anxiety through proven methods of slow breathing, visualizing, and journal writing. We use videos, colors, and sounds in order to create a calming, private space within the internet especially since students are often already caught up on the internet and social media.
