Inspiration

An app for tracking your time and activities in 15-minute slots. The goal is to find the "time leaks" on your day, which prevents you to maximise your productive output cumulated over the weeks.

If you are not familiar with the 15-minute theory, please check the 15-minute rule YouTube video by Alex Hormozi.

What it does

As mentioned below, to reach the ultimate productivity, one must be able to optimise the time of a workday fully. This app helps keep track of the time lost with perfect accuracy.

UI is easy, so the logging of the time consumed is extremely fast and effective. We introduced an AI-based analyser with the help of Gemini 3 Flash preview API, where users can send their day or days data so an AI can help them to optimise their day more with reorganisation suggestions.

How we built it

Google Antigravity + Gemini 3 Flash + some experience we had already building mobile apps :)

Challenges we ran into

We have not worked with Gemini models or Antigravity before at all.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are pretty happy with the idea and that we were able to pull in this short timeframe, also, that we were able to release the app to both platforms.

Disclaimer: in terms of design, we inspired from Pinterest pins like https://hu.pinterest.com/pin/1337074889716980/ in terms of design.

The idea of the app and its feature set is 100% ours.

What we learned

How to use Antigravity and how to prompt Gemini models properly for the best effect.

What's next for The 15 Minute App

  • We'd like to train an AI model with productivity and lifestyle data, so it gives much better analysis and recommendation on one's day.
  • We need to polish our backed, as it is quite hectic as well.
  • We'd like to introduce the users the option for logging in - and call the AI-based analysis in a subscription model.
