Inspiration

We wanted to go with the ocean theme and still make a website that could help people with their everyday lives.

What it does

It takes information from the ocean and global events to predict how products will change in price.

How we built it

We used Google Gemini, Claude, and Replit to code the website and its features.

Challenges we ran into

We had trouble making the AI fix its mistakes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of how well our website turned out and how it looks.

What we learned

We learned how to effectively prompt AI and make it write working code.

What's next for The Current

We want to make it more effectively predict any changes in price for any product.
