Challenges we ran into

14h before the pitches my Teammate dropped off the team because of other duties. I had only an idea but no teammate who could build it, therefore I called my friends with IT skills, but they were doing Saturday evening things, therefore I went around the house asking if teams were struggling and one was, so they were willing to join the idea and work on the solution

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Pivoting the team after I was team solo
  • Exploring the ways of how to build the solution
  • Working prototype
  • The name of the project, The CROWD as it makes sense as the tool works for engaging event community

What we learned

  • You just have to ask - to people, to strangers, to AI. Everything is doable if you know how to ask the right questions.
