The OWI robotic edge arm is a low cost robotic arm that you can get under forty dollars. Our goal was to autonomously control this robotic arm through an Arduino. To accomplish this we removed the transmitter and created a separate circuit that uses transistors to control the switches in the controller. The arduino then powers the circuit and sends pulse signals to the circuit. The user can then send wireless commands to move the claw in a variety of motions.
