Inspiration
We had many issues with communicating and keeping track of who carpools when.
What it does
This project helps people communicate with each other on who's picking up and dropping off and which dates
How we built it
JavaScript and JSX for app code, HTML for the starter file, CSS for the styles and designs React was used for the website's UI
Challenges we ran into
Some challenges we went into was when we made new changes for the website, the updates weren't showing up on the website. Another challenge we ran into was actually starting up the website since we were all new to Vercel.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
An accomplishment we are proud of is learning how to connect our code with external systems to level up our website.
What we learned
We learned about a lot of new systems like Vercel, React, and using databases to store data and send share links. We also learned that an .svg file will use math to create an image allowing it to be upscaled while keeping its resolution.
What's next for The Cheezy Coders
We want to do more web development and help the community with websites and games like this.
