The caller ID called= "Roboll Call"

My cure for the unwanted "Roboll call" is to Have this electronic phone equipment coming from the sales stores Make sure to send a reading that States "Roboll Call" then there phone no. So if a family is having dinner then the phone rings a family member can get up at the dinner table and SEE "Roboll Call" first then the person at home can say Oh its only a "Roboll Call" and choose not to answer because it was not a important call somebody was expecting is this True?
