Inspiration
My kids can never choose what to build with Lego. I built this skill to inspire them!
What it does
You ask for a challenge and Alexa gives you an object to try to build.
How I built it
I used Alexa Skills Kit.
Challenges I ran into
I didn't hit too many challenges - it's a simple skill but I think it's genuinely useful.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
It's my first real skill, so I'm quite proud of that.
What I learned
I learnt that invocation names can't be two words including 'the'!
What's next for The Brick Design Challenge
I'd like to add some more possible words. It would be nice to include a timer for competitions, but that's not yet supported for custom skills.
