The Block Box

This device would attach to the phone and act as an address book. Numbers recognized by the address book would send the call to the phone. Calls not recognized would be sent to the block box message center offering the caller the option to enter a code or leave a message. The code would be a number created to allow family members and friends to send their call to the phone if they are calling from an unrecognized number. All calls reaching the phone would be handled in the normal fashion of either answered or going into the phone's answering machine. All calls not transfered out to the phone would remain in the block box until deleted.
