Inspiration
After attending a lecture on patient safety, we were deeply inspired to contribute to society by developing a tool that enhances healthcare accessibility. This led us to create an app designed to help individuals identify potential health concerns and monitor their health conditions over time. Our goal is to empower users with a reliable tool for tracking their health records and addressing issues early, ultimately improving overall well-being.
What It Does
- Scans photos provided by users and offers advice or potential diagnoses based on the image.
- Scans prescriptions to provide more detailed insights.
- Tracks users' health records over time.
How We Built It
We used the JavaScript Remix framework to develop the frontend web app. This app connects to generative AI or other classification models to identify diseases. Additionally, our solution incorporates model training based on pretrained models to improve accuracy.
Challenges We Ran Into
- Designing and building the frontend app for this project.
- Finding suitable classifiers or AI models to provide accurate answers.
- Establishing connections between the AI models and the frontend app.

- Fully implementing the logic behind the designed UI.
