Inspiration

As a fellow bench warmer, who doesn't get much playing time, I can get coaches/statisticians to watch my games. But I want to get good at the game and get more playing time. So we built Bench Warmers so we can track stats for any game we play.

Challenges we ran into

Biggest hurdle we had to face was getting the computer vision model to work to track the ball and people. Further, it was difficult to figure out how to differentiate teams from each other.

What we learned

We learned a lot about system design, and working with AWS.

What's next for The Bench Warmers

We got a lot of plans, just watch.
