In the current lifestyle in this fastpace world, we often forget give some space and time ourselves and due to which we ofter have burnouts, strees and other mental health related issues, and also have an unhealthy life.
How we built it
We have used invideo ai to create the video "Balance Within" . We have also used a little help of chatgpt to refine the script for invideo script to video feature .
