INSPIRATION

HR teams are stretched thin, and employees are too uncomfortable to speak up. We wanted to fix that by giving employees a safe and easy way to reach HR without fear.

WHAT IT DOES

W.I.N.G. is an AI-powered HR assistant that lets employees submit tickets, get answers to HR questions, and share feedback anytime. The product emphasizes employee privacy and streamlined HR tools.

HOW WE BUILT IT

We used Claude to design and build a rough draft of the website, hosted it on Netlify, and created a presentation using Canva.

CHALLENGES WE RAN INTO

Defining the product's features to make something realistic was difficult. Working on the project as a team was also challenging.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS WE'RE PROUD OF

Our demo ended up looking exactly how we had pictured it when we first started. It felt great to see something we spoke about as an idea become real.

WHAT WE LEARNED

We learned how to use a wide variety of tools, brainstorm as a group, and how to work as a team under time constraints.

WHAT'S NEXT

We want to build on the project idea and potentially make the demo website more fleshed out.
