The platform features two completely distinct experiences accessed through a single mode toggle. Employers complete a short onboarding quiz about their brand aesthetic, project type and budget — then receive a ranked list of designers matched by aesthetic compatibility. Designers complete their own onboarding, manage incoming project requests through a personalised dashboard, and build their portfolio with real client work.
