The 3 way call trace idea

My idea is pretty strait foward, there would be a three digit number in FL 211 comes to mind. So let's say this number would be 511. Upon receiving the robo call you simply release this number to the public via radio and television ads similar to the ones that already promote government services like food stamps. I'm not sure if the legistics are possible but if you called them it would record the robo call and hopefully trace the call back through your line as well... Since the call would be voluntary I'm don't believe this would overstep constitutional authority of the government. At the very least if the trace didn't work you could use audio signatures to compare and date mine all the volunteered calls and then use them as a database to fight calls in the future and to hopefully convict the perpetrator. If this idea was proposed before I'm sorry and good luck to everyone else... I hope this works cause I hate robocalls.
