Inspiration
Most games in the market involve multi-level and complex situations. We wanted to make a single level game that allows the players to create the ending for themselves. Most games limit you to the imagination of the developers, but we decided to leave the ending of the game all up to the player, the players themselves.
What it does
We made a 3D Third-Person-Shooter video game with only a single level. We decided to only make one level so we could post our source code to Github later on, allowing players to create their own ending.
How we built it
We built our game through the Unreal Engine and our website through the Atom text-editor
Challenges we ran into
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to develop and enhance our skills, improve our knowledge of programming languages, and learned how to manage our time correctly.
What we learned
Throughout the process, we taught ourselves how to debug properly and use a multitude of programming languages in unison to create our program, even though we were under tough time constraints.
What's next for Test to Flight
We hope to add some final details and upload our source code to allow other players to create their own levels.
