Inspiration
Due to the present circumstances provoked by the lockdown and quarantine, we have been put in a unique situation that has helped us develop ideas and concepts, that put together by the members of our team, helped by our team spirit and creativity, resulted in this app. Our everyday life has influenced us deeply, our application being one inspired by our problems and wishes. Therefore, speaking in the name of the members of this team, this app is one we would undoubtedly use, making our quarantine more fun - an experience we wouldn't want you to miss either ;) just check it out below!
What it does
Hereby, we are proud to present you StayHome, an app focused on making quarantine fun and turning each moment spent at home in XPs! At first, you need to log in - in the case you don't have an account, create one! The only things we require are your email address and a location that we can consider your 'safe space' (your home). Also, the only access we need is that to your GPS and internet for communication with the other users - nothing more. Once in 5 seconds, you receive XP based on your GPS location: in a range of 0-15 meters from the centre of your 'safe space', you receive the same amount of XP, while further, it begins to slightly decrease until 'outside', where you will not receive any at all. Let's take the available features it has, the ones making it user-friendly: Marketplace. How do you get RP, the Marketplace's coin? If you reach the maximum XP level in a day (before midnight), you receive 10% of the remaining ones + something between 80 and 120 Respect Points (RPs). From this Marketplace, you can buy a sheriff badge, a Mexican sombrero, a nowadays-trandy surgical mask or an 1-Day Pass Chat. Making it possible for the users to communicate with each other through it. Also, there are available two icons - one for the user account (the doctor one) and one for the settings that are self-explanatory. Leaderboard Self-explanatory - be in a continuous competition with people from all around the globe!
