The Coach App
The app for making a personal choice when choosing a coach.
What it does
The app has +-50 distinct characters with elaborate prompts. Users can track habits, goals, emotional state, and create journals. These records can be shared with the coach at the viewers discretion. The Ultra tier members can also craft characters with text prompts and personality sliders.
How we built it
The usual stack, expo, react native, revenuecat, supabase for auth only
Challenges we ran into
All of them. Overconfidence, despair.. The project's complexity grew surprisingly fast. Changing the auth route midstream was a surprise.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finishing. Overcoming losing 613 files at 4:30am on the 11th. The deadline certainly helped!
What we learned
The smallest project balloons uncontrollably if you allow feature creep.
What's next for test
Who knows, keep learning...
