The genesis of Tesseract AI was rooted in the burgeoning need for a secure, transparent, and user-empowered approach to genetic data management. Inspired by the potential of blockchain technology to revolutionize data privacy and access, Tesseract AI was envisioned as a platform that could bridge the gap between genetic data holders and the medical research community, all while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and privacy.

What it does

Tesseract AI creates a decentralized ecosystem for managing genetic data, leveraging the Avalanche blockchain, Chainlink VRF, and Cartesi's ML solutions. It tokenizes genetic data as ERC-1155 tokens, allowing users to maintain ownership while granting controlled access to others. The platform hosts a data marketplace with a reverse bonding curve for token distribution, incentivizing data sharing, and facilitating the development of personalized medicine and advanced medical research.

How we built it

Tesseract AI was built by integrating several cutting-edge technologies. We utilized Avalanche subnets for scalable and secure data storage, Chainlink's VRF for transparent randomization processes, and Cartesi for off-chain ML computations with on-chain verification. The platform's data marketplace was designed with a reverse bonding curve model, and ERC-1155 tokens were implemented for flexible data representation. Development involved rigorous testing, continuous integration, and collaboration across multiple blockchain technologies.

Challenges we ran into

One of the most intricate challenges we faced was integrating AI, specifically Stable Diffusion, with our middleware in Tesseract AI. The integration process involved several complex layers, each presenting its unique set of hurdles.
