Cities consume an increasing number of natural resources and generate lots of waste and pollutants. We created a “rent a bike” system to encourage the reduction of air pollution in cities.

Inspiration

I love riding my bike for fun during the summer days so we thought that it would be innovative to take this idea one step ahead and make a rent-a-bike system underground.

What it does

Cities consume an increasing number of natural resources and generate an increasing amount of waste and pollutants. All of this has an impact on the regional and planetary environment, including our water supply, sewage systems, and the health and safety of our people. So, our aim is to create a “rent a bike” system which in turn will encourage the reduction of air pollution in urban cities.

How we built it

We utilized Figma and PowerPoint to create this.

Challenges we ran into

We had to take some time to figure out what platforms we were able to use in the time given to develop an app prototype for our product.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to build the app prototype in the time allocated.

What we learned

We learned how to use Figma to create an app prototype and collaborate with team members to work effectively.

What's next for TerraTunnel

In the near future, we hope to expand to other countries and provide sustainable services based on the varying needs and wants of consumers.
