Inspiration

We made this application because we wanted people to get more involved with events in UMD and College Park, and existing UMD map applications are not very good

What it does

This application shows events in the UMD campus, with locations,dates, and directions shown on Google Maps

How we built it

We used Android Studio and Google Maps and Facebook Graph API's to build this application

Challenges we ran into

We ran into various problems using the Google Maps Geocoding API

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfuly listed events on our maps with locations and times listed as facebook events

What we learned

We learned how to incorporate the Google maps api and facebook graph api into a mobile application

What's next for TerpGo

We hope to add new features and improve the overall user experience for this application
