Inspiration

TerminalCrafted was inspired by the classic terminal interface, blending vintage aesthetics with modern web technologies. I wanted to create a portfolio that feels like you’re stepping into a live coding session.

What it does

TerminalCrafted is an interactive, command-line-inspired portfolio where you can explore my projects, skills, and work as if you’re typing commands in a terminal—making the experience engaging and fun.

How we built it

Built with React for dynamic interactions and Vercel for smooth deployment, the design combines CSS animations with a minimalist layout. It’s all about creating a seamless, immersive experience.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was balancing the visual appeal of the terminal design with usability—making sure it was both fun and easy to navigate. Optimizing performance with interactive elements was tricky too!

We’re proud of creating a truly unique portfolio that blends style and functionality. Plus, deploying it with Vercel made the whole process seamless and fast.

What we learned

I learned a lot about React, animations, and how to make interactive design work without compromising speed. It was a great opportunity to enhance my skills in building user-friendly, performance-driven sites.

What's next for TerminalCrafted

Next, I plan to add more interactive features like live demos, improve dark mode, and make the site even more responsive. I also want to start adding more content, like blog posts and tutorials.
