Inspiration

We were inspired by tools that help companies win public tender processes by analysing and improving their sustainability, and how they demonstrate it to public authorities in their bids.

What it does

Tendro is an AI platform that helps small and medium businesses win public tenders. It automatically matches companies to relevant opportunities from thousands of daily publications, eliminating hours of manual scanning. When a match is found, it generates application drafts instantly, reducing repetitive paperwork. Most uniquely, Tendro analyses rejection scorecards to identify exactly where a company fell short — on pricing, qualifications, or documentation — and recommends concrete improvements. It also builds a growing intelligence database on public authorities, aggregating rejection patterns across companies to reveal how specific buyers evaluate bids. The result: smarter applications, and a win rate that compounds over time.

Challenges we ran into

We spent a long time ideating, and had to change idea 6 hours into the hackathon, as the original idea was not as relevant.
