TenderReady – AI Bid Consultant for Government Tenders

Inspiration

Government tenders are worth billions, but most MSMEs miss out because tender documents are massive, complex, and full of hidden eligibility requirements. TenderReady was built to turn 100–200 page tender PDFs into instant bid intelligence.

What it does

TenderReady analyzes government tender documents and generates the following:

Eligibility verdict (Bid / Bid with Conditions / Do Not Bid)
Compliance gap analysis
Risk flags and mitigation recommendations
Win probability score
AI-powered bid response outline
Interactive tender Q&A assistant

What usually takes days of manual review is completed in minutes.

How we built it

We used MeDo to rapidly build the full-stack application, including the landing page, dashboard, analytics, document management, and AI chat interface.

Tender PDFs are parsed and structured, then analyzed with OpenAI to extract eligibility criteria, deadlines, risks, and response sections. Supabase stores documents, analysis results, and generated content.

Challenges we ran into

Tender documents vary significantly in format and terminology. Extracting meaningful insights from large PDFs while preserving structured outputs required careful prompt engineering and robust parsing logic.

We also had to eliminate hardcoded demo data and ensure every dashboard metric was generated dynamically from real analysis results.
