Tencent Doctor

Tencent Doctor is inspired by concerns with diagnosing and treating medical issues. The app is an efficient way to find treatment for many conditions without the hassle of transportation logistics or commute time. Finding treatment earlier might save or improve lives. We programmed Tencent Doctor with the front-end being mainly for the doctor and the patient and the UI. This is connected to the backend, which makes this app functional. Making the program work and being efficient was challenging. We also planned to incorporate diagnosis and prescription summaries to be more detailed, but unfortunately lacked time to refine such. However, the MVP code is still functional as it covers the main parts of the application. We completed the core parts of Tencent Doctor, which is the doctor and patient getting into a call specific for conditions and diagnoses. We learned to create an architecture of code and each person divvies up their tasks to finish the code more efficiently. We hope to implement patient/visit logs and build a better backend server for Tencent Doctor to operate on.
