Inspiration
we have been to different hospitals around the city and the country. things are ugly out there.Patients getting misdiagnosed, long waiting time in er and patients dying.
What it does
A patients data are recorded into an NFC card and the data will be available to a doctor with the patients permission. the doctor will have access to a patient's medical history and will be able to update the data.
How we built it
we have built the dashboard using javascript and we also used java for android
Challenges we ran into
integration problems insufficient test data building the hardware from scratch we had little time to learn a lot of things
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we have built a hardware design from scratch. we have a lot of ideas to scale up the project.
What we learned
working in groups working in a specified time frame meeting different people from different area of expertise
What's next for
building the platform with a better integration and with 24/7 up running have a centralized system with can be implemented throughout our country and Africa in the bigger picture
