Inspiration

TellDoc was inspired by a common, frustrating experience: not being able to explain symptoms clearly during a short 10-minute GP appointment. Whether due to nerves, memory lapses, or simply not knowing what to say, many patients leave important details out — which can lead to misdiagnoses or follow-up visits. I wanted to build something simple and accessible that helps everyday people articulate their symptoms confidently and efficiently before seeing a healthcare professional.

What it does

TellDoc is a symptom-summarising assistant designed to help patients prepare for appointments. It guides users through a short series of follow-up prompts based on their initial symptoms, then generates a clear, concise summary they can show or tell their GP.
