TeleRet Team Number 6

Ophthalmologists have been unable to utilize telemedicine due to the lack of remote patient-friendly retinal fundus cameras. Our goal is to change this, so we created TeleRet, a professional retina exam consisting of an interactive app paired with an attachable smartphone lens. Our focus was not only to make an accurate imaging system, but also to create an overall user experience that is attainable for all ages and technical abilities. The app is accessible by both doctors and patients, providing easily-accessible data for all parties.
