Our project, Telemedicine – Healthcare at Your Fingertips, aims to bridge this gap by providing a user-friendly digital healthcare platform that connects patients and doctors remotely. Patients can book appointments, consult doctors through audio or video calls, access e-prescriptions, receive medicine reminders, and track their medical history in one place.

The platform provides dedicated dashboards for patients and doctors, along with appointment notifications and secure medical record management. Our vision is to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and efficient through technology, reducing unnecessary travel and helping patients stay connected with healthcare professionals.
