Inspiration
Many elderly and chronically ill patients forget to take their medicines on time. Caregivers and hospitals often cannot monitor every patient closely, which can lead to serious health risks. This inspired me to create a simple TeleHealth solution that helps patients and caregivers stay on track.
What this project does
TeleHealth & Care is a concept-based solution that reminds patients to take medicines on schedule and allows caregivers to monitor adherence remotely. Notifications are sent at the right time, and an optional smart pill box can open automatically. The focus is on safety, accessibility, and remote care, without requiring complex hardware or coding.
How I built this project
This project was built as a concept-based TeleHealth idea. I designed the workflow, including scheduling, notifications, optional automation, and remote caregiver monitoring. The emphasis is on clearly explaining the idea rather than building a physical prototype or app.
Challenges I faced
As a beginner and non-technical student, understanding TeleHealth concepts and designing a workflow without actual coding was challenging. However, I learned how to create a clear concept that addresses a real-world problem.
What I learned
Through this project, I learned how TeleHealth solutions can improve patient safety and caregiver efficiency. I also learned how to structure a startup idea, explain its workflow, and focus on social impact.
