Telegram STX transfer bot

Inspiration

I want to make cruptocurrency a little bit easier to work with for general public, so I think my Telegram bot can help with it

What it does

It can transfer some internal FT from user to user, by sending just one message to the bot. Then users can withdraw STX from the bot's balance.
