Inspiration
Sometimes it is difficult to come up with lottery numbers yourself, so why not use an easy to use generator on telegram bot instead of having to search for one online!
What it does
User starts the bot by using the /start handler that greets them and gives instructions on how to use bot.
Generates 6 TOTO numbers, or four digits 4D numbers according to what the user specifies using the command handlers /toto and /4d respectively.
Using the command handler /news links users to the latest news about Singapore Pools, and the handler /sgpools links them to the Singapore Pools portal.
There is also the /help handler to provide users with the instructions on how to use the bot.
