What it does
Shows the user news from the web regarding the stock chosen
How we built it
Python,prayers and lots of desperation,snacks and coffee after the initial idea didn't work out.
Challenges we ran into
Too much data,didn't know how to wrangle data
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Managed to pull off a last minute pivot,conceptualising and building the bot in 4 hours w/o knowledge of web dev.
What we learned
Experience is important. I hate the pandas library.Covariances make calculating portfolio risk a nightmare for a n asset portfolio.
