Inspiration

We all are involved in sports so we decided to use our interests to help others find their interests.

You can read a step by step instruction on how to kick a soccer ball and how to stop one. We also have a soccer kick demo using Arduino.

We used Android Studio and Arduino to set up our app and demo.

We struggled with getting the buttons to function correctly by opening another activity and implementing a tricky YouTube API system.

We made an accurate demo using Arduino and cardboard.

Working on something you're passionate about creates a better environment to learn in.

We want to expand it to more sports and have different skills you can learn with ranging skill levels.

I worked on the user interface part on Android Studio by programming text boxes, text font size, and over user interface for the activity pages. I also attempted to program the user interface button but was unsuccessful at the end.

I worked on a tricky Youtube API system where I would implement/incorporate a youtube video for each essential technique of every sport. Since the app is in its first stages, my only goal was to add a YouTube API system into an essential technique for Soccer, but due to a lack of experience, I failed to achieve that goal, but I learned a lot while in the process of achieving that goal. I also worked and implemented/incorporated a friendly user interface through algorithms and trial-by-error so people of all ages can easily navigate throughout the app and find what they need to do, all the while achieving their full potential in their desired choice of activity. I also helped and attempted to implement an add-on to the user interface by creating text buttons and image buttons that users can interact with allowing and giving them a variety of different sports all with their own essential techniques and detailed tutorials.
