Africa's poor contribution to science and innovation

What it does

It enables different hospitals to record, patient treatments/diagnosis and securely and privately train a global model. The application is a privacy preserving model that enables hospitals to build datasets while maintaining patients data as well as perform inference.

How we built it

Using AWS Sagemaker, FastAPI and React

Challenges we ran into

Access to AWS credits. Submission deadline time conversion. How to model a PoC from a robust solution that requires quite a number of features

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Ability to train privately using independent S3 buckets. Ability to demo sustainable use of online resources

What we learned

AWS has availed a whole lot of resources for developers and data scientist. We are in a dire need for 5G technology

What's next for Techlife Federated Learning Environment

Building an MVP and a robust pitch deck. Getting funding to build this to a fully fledged usable application
