Crowd funding is not a new concept but what if it can be leveraged to make fund accessible to builders who want to make tech accessible?
What it does
Techfund is a new-generation crowdfunding platform that enables people to get access to funds which they can use these funds to make tech accessible to everyone!
Techfund leverages web3 in order to make the whole crowdfunding process open and transparent.
All funds can be tracked and traced back to the source any time by anyone.
How I built it
Techfund is webapp built with Reactjs on the frontend and I have used thirdweb suite for developing and testing smart contracts and connecting the frontend to the blockchain.
The smart contract is deployed on the goerli testnet - 0x0882CAc0fBe26ACA9fdED8a88A6f6c2043609D6C
Challenges I am ran into
Smart contract deployment is something I find hard but I was able to do it easily this time with thirdweb.
Accomplishments that I am proud of
Completing the project in 2 days is something I am proud off!
What I am learned
I learned how to make a full fledged web3 app with thirdweb and deploy it to the testnet.
