AI Powered Career Development Platform

We designed a never seen before, aesthetic AI-powered career development platform that helps users bridge skill gaps in their resumes and align them with job market requirements.

LLM Career Arguing Pair

The system uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text from the user’s resume. Then:

1. LLM 1 identifies skill gaps by comparing the target job application to the extracted resume text.
2. The difference in skillset is matched to an embedding of the SkillsFuture course list.
3. This result is passed to LLM 2 for review.

LLM 2 acts as a necessary critique to provide enhanced and unbiased solutions to the user.

Roadmap

After the LLMs have settled their differences, the system will generate a custom roadmap showing:

• Match quality
• Next steps
• Missing skills
• Strengths
• Relevant SkillsFuture courses

Industry-Specific Resume Optimization

How many LLMs do you need?

Yes, the system uses 23 specialized agents, each specializing in a specific field (e.g., finance, computer science, kungfu (just kidding, not yet!)).

• The expert will suggest changes and display the original vs. improved resume.
• It will pinpoint fixes and provide actionable recommendations.
