Inspiration

Grandparents, and many seniors we knew had no clue how to use technology. After further research, we found this was a huge issue in our communities.

What it does

An all-in-one website seniors can use wherever, whenever, to learn how to use the internet, credit/debit cards, and other technologies they need to use in this modern, digital age.

How we built it

We used HTML while implementing CSS and JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into a very weird bug where the background would glitch out and repeat multiple times.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Proud that we were able to troubleshoot many bugs before the deadline; the most major being the background glitch mentioned above. We did it by deleting specific placeholders and downloading specific features.

What we learned

We learned how to analyze different problems within our societies and communities, and how make a market pitch.

What's next for TechEase: Navigating Everyday Tech for Seniors

Implementing banking services, such as making basic transactions online, how to detect and prevent scams, and much more.
