Inspiration - To empower patients to take a more effective and active role in their own healthcare.
What it does - Provide a patient with the tools they need to manage their health care based on an approach that respects the whole person, not just their disease.
How I built it - It was built with an open mind, a willingness to fail, and patient centricity. We wanted to elevate healthcare based on the principles of Behavioral Science and provider requirements.
Challenges I ran into - Lack of funds, slow decision making, and changes to healthcare.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of - We have utilized our system in a multitude of use cases which has made us far more flexible and adaptable than our competitors.
What I learned - There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Doing the right thing is more important than doing the obvious. Never give up. Stay positive and maintain your sense of humility and humor.
