Inspiration
when i was at college i joined student activity called "Fekra" ,we were teaching students basics of programming and they were able to make projects at the end of free course I loved the idea and i wanted to share this knowledge with other students or people who want to learn basics of programming , or who wanted to boost their CS Career i worked in company builds bots and bot builder for 2 years , have good experience with bots wanted to mix them both and to be able to teach other through chatting most people spend their time chatting and talking with other people , i wanted the explanation to be simple using examples and emojis
What it does
it teaches programming from scratch in a very simple way ,giving examples and tests it uses simple phrases and funny emojis
How I built it
nodejs as a framework (javascript) as aprogramming language , messenger-node responsible for receiving hooks and sending different types of messages , wit.ai understanding agent responsible for understanding , heroku to publish bot
Challenges I ran into
writing simple ,funny examples , simplifying the information
, time as i heard about the hackathon late, but i wanted to be in and finish the idea
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
i am proud of searching in many resources and being able to write simple examples to explain these lessons , proud of finalizing the bot in 10 days only , proud of providing i=the conversation in an non boring way
What I learned
,i learned how to simplify the information that i know and explain it in easy way ,In node : learned how to deal with promises in better way ,in bot: how to handle conversation in better way
What's next for Tech Prof
better understanding of free text , ,adding more lessons and examples like data structure, data base and algorithms and provide them in a simple way ,adding voice ,being able to answer any question related to programming in any topic ,adding images and designs that makes explaining the lessons more easily
