Tech + Finance Bro

Inspiration

I've always liked finance and so when I first heard of this, it was an opportunity I had to grab

What it does

Takes the best bid and ask prices and tries to buy and sell immediately at 10 cents above/below that price

How I built it

I mostly used the resources from the optibook link they provided to understand what to do and do it out

Challenges I ran into

Initially I was rather unclear about a lot of things, but now I am able to work out how to edit the template as to suit my needs to a certain extent.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

Actually completing this challenge (not working unfortunately, but logic was applied)

What I learned

1. Never do a hackathon solo
2. How to read Order Books
3. Basic Algorithmic Trading ## What's next for Tech + Finance Bro Honestly I might actually try my hand in Algorithmic Trading (not necessarily developing a system for 24hours straight in a foreign country) but like in terms of an actual system which I'll use for actual trading
