I built Teamspace to keep the work for our small projects together: tasks, notes, structured databases, file folders and visual planning.
Shared projects hold the team work. Each member also gets a private area with Drafts, Files and References folders, so rough notes and unfinished work can stay separate until they are ready to share.
The app uses React and TypeScript with a Node.js backend and SQLite. It runs on my own infrastructure and uses Authelia for sign-in. Project access is checked on the server.
I also added a ChatGPT connection for creating and editing spaces and project content. It follows the account's current access; managing members stays in the app. The built-in AI execution path is still unfinished.
Current state: running privately for our projects, with ongoing testing and improvements. The screenshots use fictional sample accounts and show the actual interface.
