We reached out to our designated team of experts and asked them about their pain points. We wanted to facilitate the customer care process for T-Mobile's team of experts.

What it does

SmartAssist is a dashboard add-on for the T-Mobile team expert customer care platform. It performs real-time transcription, text analytics, and sentiment analysis to identify the context of customer calls.

When a customer calls, SmartAssist transcribes and identifies real-time the issue the customer is calling about.

How we built it

This project was built on Twilio platform and utilizes Google Cloud Platform API.
