We are team LAB (team-014) of the Optiver challenge of HackTheBurgh X.
What it does
Our team developed a trading algorithm that competes on Optibook against 20 other teams. This algorithm employs a market-making strategy and leverages sentiment analysis through machine learning to execute directional trades in anticipation of market movements triggered by news.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of having developed an algorithm that achieved the highest hourly PnL throughout the weekend and to have won the competition!
