🔨 What We Built An intelligent team formation platform powered by Aicoo — an AI agent representing every user. Your agent stores your skills, finds compatible teammates, sends introductions on your behalf, and remembers your entire history. Once your team forms, Aicoo becomes your AI Project Manager — generating tasks, summarizing meetings, flagging risks, and tracking contributions in real time.

⚙️ How We Built It

Frontend: Vanilla HTML, CSS, JavaScript with modular ES modules AI Core: Anthropic Claude (claude-sonnet-4-6) powering every Aicoo agent Matching: Custom algorithm scoring skill complementarity, shared interests, and role diversity Agent Memory: Persistent context so agents remember your history across sessions

🧠 Challenges & Learnings Getting reliable structured JSON from the LLM required careful prompt engineering. Balancing the matching algorithm took several iterations — too much skill overlap creates redundant teams, too little creates strangers. Scope management was the hardest challenge — we planned 10 features in 30 hours and had to prioritize ruthlessly. Biggest learning: Agent identity is everything. A well-defined system prompt with real user data makes AI feel genuinely personal — not like a generic chatbot.
