Agentis: An Agentic AI Platform for Upskilling and Job Matching
Agentis is an agentic AI platform designed to close the skills gap and reduce information barriers in Singapore’s increasingly data-driven job market. Unlike traditional upskilling platforms or generic AI chatbots, Agentis focuses on end-to-end career execution, rather than isolated advice or content delivery.
We identified a key challenge in today’s workforce ecosystem: although learning resources and job information are widely available, users often lack actionable, personalized guidance that accounts for real-world constraints such as time, cost, and career readiness. More importantly, existing solutions do not persist with users long enough to ensure real employment outcomes.
Agentis addresses this gap by deploying persistent, goal-driven AI agents that remain accountable throughout a user’s career journey.
Users begin by uploading their resumes, from which Agentis automatically extracts relevant credentials, including education, skills, and experience. Users then specify their constraints and objectives, such as their target role, desired timeline, and available upskilling budget.
Based on this information, Agentis recommends suitable roles and companies, ranked by return on investment, defined as the minimum time and cost required for the user to become competitive for a given position.
For each selected role, Agentis generates a detailed career roadmap that clearly outlines required skills, existing competencies, missing qualifications, and the estimated cost and duration of each step. This ensures transparency and enables informed decision-making.
Once a roadmap is confirmed, a customized AI agent is created for the user. This agent is trained on the user’s profile, the target role and company, and the active roadmap. The agent continuously guides the user by recommending next actions, answering personalized queries, and adapting the roadmap as progress is made.
By combining agentic AI with structured career execution, Agentis transforms upskilling from a passive activity into a goal-oriented, outcome-driven process.
