Have you ever faced long waiting times in customer service calls, making you feel unhappy about the inefficiency of customer service operations? Well, worry no more, as our QuikChat is here to save your time!

What it does

QuikChat is designed to aid customer service operators with various aspects of their operations to offer post-sales support for customers. Our helper's various features include predicting the times of pending calls, scheduling the different pending calls to multiple agents efficiently (based on our designed algorithm), transcribing customer audio from the calls and fast information retrieval. This way, customer service operators can make their call-to-call operations smoother, in turn leading to lesser waiting time for the customers, while ensuring call quality is retained!
