Team tired and confused

We chose to look at five variables for the city of Berlin to see whether we could predict land prices. We chose some non-traditional variables (such as the restaurants per person and age of people living in the neighborhood) to assess whether this demonstrated what land prices could be and whether there was a strong existing infrastructure.
