Inspiration - Nonprofits are mission-driven and strive to achieve more with limited resources. They are behind in technology adoption, as they want to direct all their funds to their core programs and services.

What it does - Our agent is a buddy for employees and stakeholders, and can generate on-demand reports, the agent will coach other nonprofits on how to adopt technology, assess where they are, there goals and how Aura nonprofit can help them grant technology help and make them move ahead in the ecosystem. Aura Agent also coaches volunteers and employees, answering all their questions, including confidential ones such as pay and bonuses, which employees and stakeholders often hesitate to ask.

How we built it - We assembled a team of three: Sheeba, the Project Manager and leader, Ama, the Developer, and Madhuri, the Business Analyst. We started with on-demand reports, then routed the agent to our experience site, followed by Slack integration, and built an onboarding and coaching platform for employees and stakeholders to ask questions that concern them or are curious about.

Challenges we encountered - Development challenges, some best practices errors, and we were unable to project or route our agent to the experience site- there were some issues with the org, and we had to create a new org and rework there

Accomplishments that we're proud of - All our development work, ideas, use cases, concepts, and troubleshooting.

What we learned - We learned a lot - this was a comprehensive project, well thought through and executed with great teamwork.

What's next for Team Aura? We'll continue our quest to excel in this space and help many organizations, especially nonprofits, bring efficiency, speed, and convenience into their workflows.
