*Guided* Picnic App

Inspiration

Learn the process of Full-stack app development by creating clean/functional app that implements modern day development practices.

What it does

Helps the user select a day for a picnic based on weather preferences or location.

How we built it

Utilized Front End:

• User Authentication (firebase)
• Weather API
• CRUD Using Firestore ## Challenges we ran into Had experience with some back end functions, but everything else was new and had to be learned. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of Created a fully functioning stable app that incorporated modern day authentication practices. Built a strong knowledge foundation for the tools and relationships found in Front-end development. ## What we learned Learned how to tie together HTML, CSS, JS in a React development environment. ## What's next for Team Registration During the course of this project the focus was set on writing clean and proper code, with an even heavier emphasis on not only understanding what the code should look like, but WHY the code works and is formatted as such. With that being said future plans include expanding on the overall design and UI of the app, expanding on the framework that was developed by making it more complex and unique.
